Xtras Customization

You’ve been using one of our Xtras, and it does everything you need it to do ... almost. You need that one last feature, or tweak of an existing feature to make your project complete. Now what?

You can hire Electronic Ink to customize any of our existing Xtras for your specific application. We’ll add the features you need to make your project complete.

We charge a standard programming rate of $150 per hour. For small projects, all we need is a quick verbal or email approval and a credit card number, and we’ll get right to work. For larger projects, we will draft a detailed proposal, including feature specifications, costs, and timeline.

Billing is always by credit card draft. We charge 50% of your estimated project cost when we begin, then charge the balance due (for the actual hours worked) when we’re done.
